AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING:

​That Lash Co. Ships via Australia Post. Postage fees and Time frames are calculated at checkout.

 

Arrival time varies depending on the shipping location. That Lash Co. cannot guarantee specific arrival time frames and is not liable for (but not limited to) delays in transit or external circumstances that may cause your items to arrive later than expected.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES:

That Lash Co. is not liable for any import taxes and custom duties. The pricing of That Lash Co. products and the shipping cost for international orders does not include or cover any import taxes and custom duties. If there are import taxes or custom duties required to be paid once your parcel arrives in your country, that is the sole responsibility of the consumer or recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Change of Mind returns:

That Lash Co. prides ourselves on putting your hygiene and safety first. Due to That Lash Co.’s strict hygiene and safety standards, we don’t accept returns or process refunds due to a change of mind.

Manufacturer fault returns:

That Lash Co. will provide a replacement for any items deemed a manufacturer fault when reported within within 7 days of receiving. Along with your report please include a photograph of the manufacturer fault.

 

Note: That Lash Co. will not be held accountable for any damages incurred in transit. This is between the delivery company and the consumer. If an item is broken as a result of postage of shipment, please lodge a claim with Australia Post directly for compensation.
