Shipping Policy:

Processing and Dispatching

Please allow between (1) to (3) business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of being placed; however, dispatch times cannot be guaranteed and is subject to possible delays.

Free Shipping promotion for purchasing four or more lashes excludes international purchases. This promotion is limited to purchases made in AUD and is only valid for shipping Australia wide. By purchasing from this website, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

​That Lash Co. Ships via Australia Post. Postage fees and Time frames are calculated at checkout.

 

Arrival time varies depending on the shipping location. That Lash Co. cannot guarantee specific arrival time frames and is not liable for (but not limited to) delays in transit or external circumstances that may cause your items to arrive later than expected.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTYS:

That Lash Co. is not liable for any import taxes and custom duties. The pricing of That Lash Co. products and the shipping cost for international orders does not include or cover any import taxes and custom duties. If there are and import taxes or custom duties required to be paid once your parcel arrives in your country, that is the sole responsibility of the consumer or recipient.

 

Return Policy:

Change of Mind returns:

That Lash Co. prides ourselves on putting your hygiene and safety first. Due to That Lash Co.’s strict hygiene and safety standards, we don’t accept returns or process refunds due to a change of mind.

Manufacturer fault returns:

That Lash Co. will provide a replacement for any items deemed a manufacturer fault when reported within within 7 days of receiving. Along with your report please include a photograph of the manufacturer fault. Note: That Lash Co. will not be held accountable for any damages incurred in transit. This is between the delivery company and the consumer. If an item is broken as a result of postage of shipment, please lodge a claim with Australia Post directly for compensation.

Product Descriptions T&C’s:

Both of That Lash Co.’s Petite and Regular range are all hand-cut, hand-made and hand-curled. Given this, there may be some minor variation in the length and depth of curl. By purchasing these products you (as the consumer) understand that this variation may occur and That Lash Co. cannot guarantee 100% identical lashes for each style. Understanding this, it at the consumers own risk of purchase. That Lash Co. is not liable nor responsible for any variations that may occur and is not required to give a refund or exchange of product as this is not classified as faulty.

*Lashes re-usability are subject to consumers use during and after wearing lashes.

*Each box contains (1) set of lashes. Adhesive is not included.

Customer Policy:

By purchasing from this site, the customer agrees that they are over the legal age to purchase from us or otherwise have permission from a guardian to purchase online. The customer also agrees to only use the payment methods of which are legally theirs to use. That Lash Co. is not liable nor responsible for any outcome that occurs as a result for a customer not following this policy.

That Lash Co. does not guarantee that  the information (including both photographic and copyright) provided on this site is accurate, complete or up to date. If the consumer relies on the website alone for accuracy of products, they purchase at their own risk.

 

That Lash Co. has the right to update or change the content of this website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to alter and discontinue products or services at any time (including but not limited to price of products).

 

Any mistakes made on this website or store front (including but not limited to spelling errors, stock errors, price errors etc.) are able to be amended and changed as seen fit by That Lash Co. Including after sale.
